This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Group Bar Manager looking for an opportunity in an award winning, critically acclaimed group. The RestaurantBerenjak is named after the handfuls of brightly coloured, toasted rice eaten as a snack at funfairs in Persia. Wherever you visit Berenjak, you can expect to be immersed in Iran’s rich cultural history. At Soho, you can find our reinterpretation of the hole-in-the-wall kabab houses that line the streets of Tehran, whereas in Borough, the Berenjak Townhouse journeys out of the centre of Tehran and into the rural foothills of the Alborz mountains which surround the city. The RoleAs Head of Bars you will have experience managing multiple outlets, you will have a good understanding of cocktails, beers and whiskey, be outgoing, driven and flexible. The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple bar teams across a selection of the group's restaurants including - training, rotas, stock and cost control. Good understanding of wine and a WSET qualification in wine / spirits would be desirable. Responsibilities: Operations Management
