We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and be part of our Japanese inspired restaurant and bar at No.131 The Promenade.

You will oversee Bar Tokyo on a day to day basis, including driving and maintaining bar and service standards/ consistency and stock. Following and developing current trends will be a key part of the role, as will recognising training needs and developing staff. Creativity when it comes to developing bespoke cocktails and seasonal cocktail menus is a must.

With great attention to detail, the ability to multi task and the desire to give above and beyond expectation you will be a confident, self-motivated and approachable ensuring our guests have exceptional service and enjoy happy, memorable moments with us.
