This role is perfect for someone who’s confident on the floor, great with people, and ready to take the first step into a leadership position. The LocationSet back from the tracks of Oxford Street, in St. Christopher’s Place Marylebone, is our translation of a Taiwanese xiao chi house. All the Classic BAOs you know with the added pleasure of freshly folded dumplings and xiao chi snacks. The Position At BAO, we care deeply about creating memorable experiences - for our guests and our teams. As Supervisor, you’ll help set the tone during service, lead by example on the floor, and support your manager in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be someone the team can rely on, whether that’s training new starters, running a busy section, or jumping in wherever needed. It’s a hands-on role with real opportunity to grow.
