About Gracey's at Arcade:

Gracey’s started as a lockdown mobile pop-up. From our St Albans flagship shop, we have carved a reputation for serving up distinctive Italian-American style crispy pizza pies. We have since branched into further sites in London, starting with the iconic Battersea Power Station Arcade Food Hall and most recently Arcade's flagship venue in Tottenham Court Road.

About The Role:

We’re on the hunt for a rising star Pizza Chef. The ideal candidate is someone with sharp attention to detail, a strong sense of focus, and a passion for mastering the craft of pizza-making. You'll be working with an electric deck oven to create high volumes of consistently outstanding pizzas, from the stretch to the final bake.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where collaboration is key, and quality is non-negotiable.You’ll also have the opportunity to expand your skills by preparing fresh toppings and house-made dips. As a vital part of our kitchen team, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by taking responsibility for stock takes and handovers, playing a key role in our commitment to excellence.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have pizza making experience
• Bring cooking experience using a commercial pizza oven
• Had had kitchen experience whether cooking or working with food
• Have experience working in hospitality
• Attention to detail and methodical approach to work
• The ability to learn and be coached in the skill of pizza making to a high standard
• Commitment to working efficiently and with a sense of urgency
• Desire to provide excellent service
• Be patient, calm and responsive to feedback
