About the role:

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to join the leadership team at Arcade London, helping to shape and grow one of the city’s most exciting and dynamic food and drink destinations. With multiple global kitchens, vibrant bars, and a high-energy atmosphere across our venues, this is an incredible opportunity to lead the charge in private and semi-private event sales, driving revenue and building strong client relationships in a fast-paced, creative environment.

As Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of converting incoming event enquiries, building new business opportunities, and managing key partnerships across our London sites. Working alongside the Head of Sales and Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless event experiences, driving revenue growth, and representing the Arcade brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Have proven experience in event or sales management within high-volume hospitality, events, or venue-based businesses.
  • Thrive in a target-driven, relationship-focused environment.
  • Are confident managing the full sales cycle
  • Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Bring a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Bring proven abilities in managing multiple projects and venues simultaneously.
  • Are commercially minded, analytical, and proactive in identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with operations and wider teams.
  • Are passionate about creating memorable event experiences and representing a bold, creative hospitality brand.
