Alongside your exceptional culinary skills, taste, and technique, you will be capable of self-direction and self-reliance in a busy hotel kitchen " bringing a comparable experience in a luxury dining environment.
Join Head Chef Mathew Sherry and his team in our 4 AA Rosette number one restaurant. Number One offers a Seasonal Tasting menu of favorite Scottish and British produce. Current menu items may include Shetland salmon, Orkney scallops, North Sea halibut, Pittenweem lobster 45-day aged Scottish Beef, and our own Balmoral honey.
