About Gracey's at Arcade:

Gracey’s started as a lockdown mobile pop-up. From our St Albans flagship shop, we have carved a reputation for serving up distinctive Italian-American style crispy pizza pies. We have since branched into further sites in London, starting with the iconic Battersea Power Station Arcade Food Hall and now also in Tottenham Court Road.

 

About The Role:

We're excited to be looking for a Waiter to join our front line team at Gracy's in Arcade Tottenham Court Road (TCR)! As a Waiter at Gracy's (TCR), you love delivering top-notch guest experiences and have a knack for making every service unforgettable. 

With a buzzing atmosphere, globally inspired kitchens, and electrifying service, this is your chance to be part of one of London's most exciting dining destinations.

The successful candidate in this role will:

• Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner.
• Be responsible for delivering a consistent and high standard service.
• Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make menu recommendations.
• Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists.
• Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices and procedures.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Bring a min 2+ years of experience as a Waiter or in similar front of house role.
• Have worked in a high volume restaurant environment similar to ours.
• Have a passion for food, service and guest experiences.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Are an excellent team player with a positive attitude.
• Are calm, confident and can multitask under pressure.
• Bring a warm and approachable demeanour that naturally connects with guests and colleagues.
