The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Group Health Club Sales Manager to oversee and lead sales teams across our health clubs. This role is pivotal in driving membership growth, enhancing member retention, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve membership growth targets.
• Lead, support, and motivate sales teams to exceed expectations.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, implementing improvement plans where needed.
• Organise training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with local businesses to develop lead generation and referral programmes.
• Ensure compliance with core processes and maintain professional standards.
