Wentworth Club is one of the world’s finest private members Golf and Country Clubs, famous for its outstanding three Championship golf courses, in addition to a luxury Tennis & Health Club. The Club is surrounded and entwined within the Wentworth Estate, one of the most prestigious private estates in the London suburbs where many of the world’s premier golfers have their home.

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of all marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive new member acquisition, and enhance member engagement and retention.

This individual will play a key leadership role in shaping the club’s image and communication strategy, both internally and externally.

Key Areas of Activity:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Club goals.
  • Identify and capitalise on market trends and member demographics to attract and retain members.
  • Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including print, digital, and onsite signage.
  • Oversee all external communications
  • Develop compelling storytelling that reflects the Club’s prestige and community.
  • Manage the club’s website, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Analyse digital performance metrics and optimize content to maximize ROI.
  • Leverage CRM systems to segment and target audiences effectively.
  • Collaborate with membership and events teams to promote club programs and initiatives.
  • Create campaigns that reinforce member loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses and luxury brands to enhance club visibility.
  • Manage media relationships and act as liaison for public relations efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 6–8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the luxury, hospitality, or private club sector
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, CMS, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Knowledge of golf culture and private club operations is a strong plus
