Chef de Partie - BAO MaryleboneSalary - up to £15.50 Schedule - Full Time Experience - Previous experience in a similar role BAO Marylebone is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team and help deliver high-quality, consistent dishes with care and precision. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in the details, enjoys working as part of a close-knit team. The Location Set back from the tracks of Oxford Street, in St. Christopher’s Place Marylebone, is our translation of a Taiwanese xiao chi house. All the Classic BAOs you know with the added pleasure of freshly folded dumplings and xiao chi snacks. The Position At BAO, we believe in doing things properly — from the way we prep our ingredients to how every dish leaves the pass. As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for running your section with confidence, maintaining our standards, and supporting the smooth flow of service. You’ll work closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure everything is prepped, organised, and cooked to the highest standard. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, and take ownership of your craft.
