Sales Manager

The Croke Park Hotel, Dublin’s iconic sporting hotel, is looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to work closely with our Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in this highly coveted role. This is a one-year maternity cover contract.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in senior sales roles within the 4-star market or high-end hospitality
• A deep understanding of the Dublin market and a strong network of contacts
• A strategic mindset with a focus on growing key revenue streams
• Experience in collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
• Impeccable communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in working towards targets and meeting deadlines
