Head Host/ Hostess

Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum inclusive of service charge

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and detail-oriented Head Host / Hostess to lead our team at the Coral Room and Dalloway Terrace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the host team, ensuring seamless service from arrival to departure.
  • Provide a warm, welcoming, and personalised experience for all guests.
  • Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth coordination and excellent service delivery.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the host team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Handle guest requests, special needs, and any concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain a calm, composed, and efficient approach during peak times.
