What You’ll Do:

Craft a diverse range of cocktails with precision, creativity, and passion.
Provide exceptional service while engaging with our guests, ensuring they enjoy a memorable visit.
Collaborate with our talented bar team to innovate new cocktail recipes and enhance the bar experience.
Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Keep up-to-date with the latest mixology trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of bartending experience, with a focus on cocktails.
A genuine passion for mixology and a deep understanding of spirits, liqueurs, and garnishes.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A team player who is eager to contribute to Balfes’ continued success.
