Responsibilities:
Luxury Guest Interaction: Provide personalised, seamless reservation services, ensuring each guest experience reflects the highest standards of 5 star hospitality.
Reservation Management: Efficiently handle all bookings, coordinating flawlessly with the front office to guarantee smooth check-ins and superior guest experiences.
Exclusive Offers & Upsell: Present premium room options and tailored packages, maximizing guest satisfaction while optimising revenue.
VIP Service: Cater to high-end and VIP clientele with discretion, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met with precision.
Qualifications:
5 Star Hotel Expertise: A minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury hotel environment is required, with a deep understanding of the expectations of high-profile guests.
Exceptional Communication: You have refined communication skills, with the ability to engage effortlessly with an international, discerning clientele.
System Knowledge: Experience with hotel reservation systems (such as Opera) is essential, along with a commitment to detail and accuracy.
Service Excellence: A passion for luxury service and exceeding guest expectations at every step.
