Job Description

We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our amazing Housekeeping team!

Key Responsibilities

Clean and Tidy Guest Rooms:

Thoroughly clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and coffee/tea.
Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor/manager
Inventory Management:

Check and restock inventory of cleaning supplies.
Lost and Found Procedures:

Follow hotel procedures for handling lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
Guest Interaction:

Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct oneself in a polite and respectful manner when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Security:

Ensure all guest rooms are secured and properly locked when leaving them.
Teamwork and Independence:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and cooperation.
Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Time Management:

Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communication Skills:

Good communication skills and ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a positive and professional manner.
Laundry Services:

Collect laundry and dry cleaning for guests. Sort and count linen and towels for collection by the laundry company.
