ABOUT THE ROLE
The In Room Dining Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Room Service team. You will ensure that the standards of the division are meet and exceed the quality standards set. The ultimate goal of all our staff is to ensure that our guests enjoy their visit to Corinthia Hotel London so much that by the time they leave they are already planning to come back.
ABOUT YOU
- A minimum of two years hospitality service experience in a 5* hotel is desirable.
- Food & Beverage experience required.
- Well-rounded understanding of the hotel’s regulations.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills including Opera, Micros Fidelio and Fourth Hospitality.
- Readiness in action which proceeds from experience, practice and precision
- Mental adroitness, promptness in devising expedients; quickness and skill in managing or conducting a scheme of operations.
- Level 2 Hygiene Certificate
- Ability to communicate professional and accurately via telephone
- Ability and ease in carrying out manual tasks such as setting up tables
- Scheduled days and times may vary, based on business needs.
- Shift working – Early and Late, is required.
