People & Culture Administrator
Contract: Permanent

Role Responsiblities:
To assist the People and Culture team with the day-to-day running of the People & Culture department, keeping up to date with administration and helping staff with queries, resulting in high levels of staff satisfaction and compliance with company procedures.
- Ensure personnel files are compliant with all relevant paperwork on file and kept up-to-date.
- Ensure staff sickness and annual leave is recorded accurately with the correct documentation on file
- Keep Core HR/Personnel files updated with starters, leavers and transfers.
- Positively approach all sales opportunities in order to maximise hotel revenue to meet and exceed budgeted targets.
- Attend training when required.
- Responsible for your own personal development at work and strive to be the best in what you do, taking care and pride in your work.
- Participate in your annual review discussion and any subsequent conversations to review performance and objectives.
- Conduct reference checks on all future employees and ensure the correct back up is on file.
- Issue uniforms and name badges to all staff to ensure they are presented to company standard
- Communicate the standard of the day and write appropriate training support materials.
- Communicate feedback in a creative and informative way, ensuring notice boards are kept up-to-date with current priorities
- Assist in the event of absence cover, and allow service standards to be maintained.
