Bartender

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our wonderful team in The Blooomsbury Club Bar. The role involves preparing and serving a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of mixology techniques, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages to a high standard
• Create and recommend drinks based on guest preferences
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with licensing laws
• Provide friendly, engaging, and professional service to guests

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience in a similar setting
• Strong knowledge of mixology, garnishes, and drink presentation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
