Director of Revenue Management

As Director of Revenue, you will manage the overall revenue function of the Dupont Circle hotel, driving performance and profitability. You will maximize revenue opportunities by conducting detailed analysis of all available data streams, identifying trends and unlocking growth potential.

You will lead your team with enthusiasm, eagerness, and a genuine care for our guests; ensuring their needs remain at the forefront of our business and are consistently exceeded.

You will set and uphold a market-leading standard, playing a vital role in maintaining our position as a top-tier destination in the industry.

Your experience and qualifications: 

• A minimum of three years as a Director of Revenue or Assistant Director of Revenue in a Luxury environment.
• Degree in Hospitality or Revenue preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have proven selling, negotiating and presentation skills.
• Requires knowledge of advanced statistical techniques
• Highly developed customer service skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to convert vision into specific, tangible actions to benefit the department.
• Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel,
• and Outlook. Knowledge of Hotel systems preferred.
• The ability to delegate, effectively train, and coach.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative leader who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions and troubleshoot when needed.
• Exceptional organization, Business Acumen, Strategic vision, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills

The Dupont Circle Hotel in Washington DC is a luxury property located right on Dupont Circle in the nation's capital. Newly renovated the hotel has 327 chicly styled and luxuriously appointed guest rooms, with 12 bespoke penthouse suites located on the 9th floor of the hotel. Home to Pembroke Restaurant and Doyle Bar, the property also boasts almost 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
