ABOUT THE ROLE

The Membership Manager position is responsible for driving the membership sales, maximising all opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded in accordance with the business plan. As an ambassador for the spa this role will establish an exclusive membership base, building strong guest relations and manage an effective retention programme whilst driving and delivering ESPA and Corinthia brand standards.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role in a luxury hotel/spa/members club environment.
  • Experience of new business development and strong marketing skills as part of a pre-opening.
  • Outstanding guest relations and networking skills, with previous experience of handling high profile VIPs and senior executives.
  • Ability to establish and maintain an exclusive membership base through proactive sales initiatives and building strong member relations.
  • Excellent sales skills with the ability to ‘close the sale’.
  • Strong experience and knowledge within the luxury market in Central London.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
