Job Description

Join our fabulous housekeeping team at The Reserve 

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring guest lodges are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standard. Your attention to detail and pride in your work will help create a welcoming and memorable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest lodges to luxury standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor terraces.
• Replenish amenities, towels, and linens as per The Reserve’s guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items to your supervisor promptly.
• Respect guest privacy and ensure all interactions are warm, professional, and discreet.
• Support evening turndown service as and when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping trolleys, storage rooms, and equipment.
• Follow all health & safety, COSHH, and cleaning protocols diligently.
• Work closely with Guest Services and other departments to meet guest requests and special requirements.
• Support sustainability and eco-friendly practices in daily tasks.
