From the founders of the Michelin-starred Sabor, Chef Nieves Barragán Mohacho, in partnership with JKS Restaurants, is seeking passionate and talented Candidates  to be part of Legado—a brand-new Spanish restaurant opening this summer in Shoreditch. We are seeking Back of House, Front of house and Bar of all levels to join our new opening.

The Restaurant

Legado - meaning ‘legacy’ in Spanish - is the second restaurant from Nieves Barragán Mohacho and JKS Restaurants, following the opening of the Michelin-starred Sabor in 2018.

Legado will open summer 2025 in Montacute Yards, just off Shoreditch High Street.

The Group
