Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand across two locations, Berenjak is an exciting group of Perian restaurants with three locations in the UK (Soho, Borough Market, Soho Farmhouse) and four internationally (UAE, Qatar and New York). The menu reinterprets the classic hole in the wall eateries lining the streets of Tehran, whilst the service style focuses on genuine, warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences. The Position

The right Head Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about, wine, spirits and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst holding themselves to the highest standards and delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.

The Successful Head Bartender will have:

• Prior experience as a Head Bartender within a high-quality restaurant or bar;
• Eagerness to improve and grow your own skills;
• A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
• Passion for beverage, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
• The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and growing restaurant group;

As Head Bartender, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily quality and consistency of beverage offering;
• Supporting inventory processes and keeping appropriate stock levels through ordering and receiving;
• Ensuring compliance;
• Providing excellent guest service;
• Championing the beverage training program for your team;
