The Role

The successful In-House Recruiter will fulfil the 360 recruitment cycle across restaurants Sabor, Plaza Khao Gaeng, Speedboat Bar and an exciting new opening... Legado. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and hard-working individual to develop their career as a recruitment professional within a growing, multifaceted restaurant group.

Duties include:

• Assisting with reporting, vacancy lists, hiring manager comms and the continuous development of the overall recruitment and selection process;
• Manage the 360 recruitment cycle for varied positions across the group;
• Daily management of our Applicant Tracking System (Peoplebank), posting roles, adding users and general upkeep/improvements;
• Continuously and proactively, source and attract top talent, utilising LinkedIn, CV databases and other recruitment software;
• Ensure an engaging and positive recruitment journey for all candidates;
• Train and guide hiring managers on effective recruitment & selection methods and the importance of a positive candidate journey.

The essentials:

• Previous experience recruiting within Hospitality, for a recruitment agency or in-house operation.
• Self-motivated, proactive and hands-on;
• Excellent communication skills, able to speak with candidates and manage multiple relationships;
• Great presentation and the ability to represent the group effectively;
• Have passion and understanding for Hospitality and the London dining scene.
