Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand across two locations, Berenjak is an exciting group of Persian restaurants with three locations in the UK (Soho, Borough Market, Soho Farmhouse) and four internationally (UAE, Qatar and New York,LA). The menu reinterprets the classic hole in the wall eateries lining the streets of Tehran, whilst the service style focuses on genuine, warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences. Our teams are passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality.

Berenjak Borough offers an expanded menu that includes several new homestyle Iranian dishes, alongside all the signature Berenjak classics. Just as the original Berenjak introduced diners to the flavours of Tehran’s hole-in-the-wall eateries, the new restaurant brings the classic charcoal-grilled kebabs, such as the minced lamb koodibeh and poussin jujeh tond, for which Berenjak is best known. Many of the signature mazeh small plates from our Soho restaurant also make the jump to Borough, including the black chickpea hummus, the Panir Sabzi (Persian feta with radish, fresh herbs, and nuts), and the taftoon clay-baked sourdough seeded flatbread.

The Position

We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. You'll have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures. More importantly we are looking for people for as passionate about food and hospitality as we are!

• Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced quality, restaurant;
• Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
• A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
• Passion for about food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;

The Group

JKS Restaurants was founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam, and Sunaina Sethi in November 2008.
