The Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate F&B Assistant to join our team. Working alongside the Breakfast team you’ll exceed guests' expectations by delivering an efficient, yet relaxed service. At Castlebridge Hospitality we’re committed to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to produce exceptional breakfasts and elevate the guest experience. As a F&B Assistant you will ensure all areas of breakfasts are prepared, displayed and delivered to an excellent standard. You’ll be motivated by delivering the highest standards, making guests smile and receiving complimentary feedback.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for an organised F&B Assistant with previous experience in a customer-facing role. You’ll have solid experience in a fast paced service environment and be able to work under pressure, whilst still maintaining a positive attitude. You’ll be a confident mentor who leads by example, delivering exceptional service and creating memories that guests will not forget.

You must be a self-motivated team player who is reliable with total flexibility to work early mornings during weekdays and weekends.
