Playground Assistant

We are currently recruiting people to join our existing team in the Adventure Playground for the 2025 season (1st April – 2nd November 2025).

With a head for heights, you will enjoy being outdoors and thrive in a family orientated environment. You must be approachable, enthusiastic and communicate effectively with both children and adults alike.

This is the ideal position for those looking for their first job, or to fit in work around School or University. There will be opportunities to undertake training courses (e.g. first aid) and progress into roles with more responsibilities as we move through the season.

This is a seasonal, casual assignment in line with the Bowood open season. All shifts will be between our opening hours of 10:30 and 17:30.

We welcome all applications from those who will be 16 or above by 1st July 2025 (please note: you cannot begin working until the day after your 16th birthday).

Interviews will be held on the 17th February 2025. If you are successful in your interview, you must be available on the 22nd February for initial training.
