At our award-winning home in Three Legged Cross, we provide exceptional Residential, Dementia, and Respite care, ensuring our residents receive person-centred support in a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Assistant to lead our care team with confidence and compassion.

What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Supervise and support the care team, ensuring residents receive exceptional care.
- Personalised Care: Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines, always prioritising their dignity and independence.
- Medication Management: Oversee medication ordering, administration, and record-keeping.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a positive team environment, providing guidance and motivation.
- Resident & Family Engagement: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety policies and respond to emergencies effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
- Medication Training: Experience in administering medication with proven competencies.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and delegate effectively.
- Compassionate Approach: A caring, kind, and person-centred mindset with a commitment to excellence.
