Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Luso Court Care Centre is a newly commissioned specialist care home in Clapham, London supporting adults with complex nursing needs, dementia and mental health conditions. The home offers 80 en suite bedrooms across two floors and provides complex nursing care, specialist dementia care and residential mental health support within a safe and clinically led environment.

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

• £22.50 per hour
• Full time and part time contracts available
• Day shift and night shift available
• Pension scheme, Paid DBS Uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract

The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective and person centred clinical care to residents with complex nursing needs, dementia and mental health conditions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure residents receive high quality care that promotes dignity, stability and wellbeing.

You will be responsible for clinical assessments, care planning and medication management while ensuring accurate documentation and strong communication across the care team. You will monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, respond to changes in condition and work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

You will also support and guide care staff during shifts, helping to maintain high clinical standards and a safe environment for residents. As part of a newly commissioned service, you will contribute to building a positive team culture and delivering excellent care within a supportive and professionally led environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Experience supporting individuals with complex nursing needs, dementia or mental health conditions preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A compassionate and professional approach to resident care
