We are excited to announce the opening of Osprey Court Care Home, a luxurious and purpose-built facility nestled in the peaceful Pitcrocknie Village. With state-of-the-art accommodation for 60 residents, we offer personalised Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite Care in a nurturing multigenerational environment designed for complete resident wellbeing.

We’re seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to bring expert leadership, compassion, and clinical excellence to our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape exceptional care standards in a brand-new, luxury care home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the clinical care of residents, ensuring the highest standards are met
• Ensure residents and their families feel safe, supported, and well cared for
• Train, mentor, and support team members, fostering professional development
• Work closely with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the local community
• Step in for the Home Manager when required, ensuring the smooth operation of the home

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with strong clinical skills
• Experience in elderly care is advantageous
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Passion for training and development of staff
• Confidence to step in for the Home Manager when needed
