Situated in the charming setting of Pinkhill, our purpose built care home provides high quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 83 residents. We are now looking for a reliable and detail focused Weekend Domestic Assistant to join our team. If you take pride in keeping things clean and comfortable, and want to make a positive impact in a calm, caring setting, this role is ideal for you.
What we offer:
- £12.21 per hour
- Contracted to 15 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday)
- Paid PVG, pension scheme, free uniform and onsite parking
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Your role:
As Weekend Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital part in helping to maintain a clean, safe and pleasant home for our residents. From bedrooms and bathrooms to shared spaces, your work will help create a positive environment where people feel comfortable, respected and well cared for.
You will follow daily cleaning routines, support infection control procedures, and ensure all areas of the home are kept to a high standard of hygiene. You may also assist with light laundry tasks and help residents settle into their space, working closely with your colleagues to support the wider team.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is dependable, observant and committed to high standards of cleanliness. Previous experience in a domestic or cleaning role is helpful, but not essential, full training will be provided. Most importantly, you will bring a kind and respectful approach to your work, and a team spirit that fits well within our care home community.
