We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nightshift Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Crosspool, Sheffield, where we provide Residential and Dementia care for 44 residents. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead by example, coordinating shifts, mentoring staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care. Your leadership will help maintain a warm, efficient, and supportive environment within our home.
What We Are Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
- Experience in administering medication and leading a care team
- A compassionate, supportive, and proactive approach to care
