Make a Difference Across Every Home You Touch!
At Care Concern Group, we’re not just growing, we’re building something extraordinary. As part of our Specialist Division, we’re searching for a standout Peripatetic Care Home Manager to bring stability, inspiration, and leadership to our homes across the Midlands.
This role is far from ordinary. You’ll be the person we trust to step in when it matters most, whether that’s turning around a service, supporting a home through change, or mentoring new managers. Every home is different, every challenge unique, but you’ll bring clarity, compassion, and commercial insight wherever you go.
What we offer:
- Salary up to £70,000 (DOE).
- Car allowance included.
- Bonus opportunities.
- Generous holiday allowance.
- Pension scheme.
- Paid DBS.
- Career development in a fast-expanding organisation that genuinely invests in people.
What makes this role different:
No two days are the same. One week, you’re stabilising a service; the next, you’re mentoring a new manager or preparing a home for inspection.
You’ll be the difference. Residents, families, and teams will feel the impact of your leadership.
Autonomy with support. You’ll be trusted to take the lead, with a strong senior team backing you every step of the way.
Why join our Specialist Division (Willinbrook)?
Fast-growing with clear vision - In just two years, we’ve grown from 0 to 15 care homes in our specialist portfolio, homes that support people with complex mental and physical health needs. This means more opportunity, more challenge, and more career growth for you.
Values-led and people-first - You’ll be part of a senior team that puts collaboration first. We empower our leaders, share our successes, and support each other through the challenges.
A chance to make your mark - We don’t believe in cookie-cutter care. Each of our homes has its own character and you’ll be key in shaping and protecting that.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a successful Registered/Home Manager in adult social care - ideally within specialist services.
- A natural leader who inspires others and creates a culture of trust, accountability, and improvement.
- Commercially aware and confident in managing occupancy and fee performance.
- Skilled in clinical governance and risk management (nurse qualification is helpful but not essential).
- Someone with the emotional intelligence to build relationships with teams, families, and professionals alike.
About us:
