At Care Concern Group, we’re not just growing, we’re building something extraordinary. As part of our Specialist Division, we’re searching for a standout Peripatetic Care Home Manager to bring stability, inspiration, and leadership to our homes across the Midlands.

This role is far from ordinary. You’ll be the person we trust to step in when it matters most, whether that’s turning around a service, supporting a home through change, or mentoring new managers. Every home is different, every challenge unique, but you’ll bring clarity, compassion, and commercial insight wherever you go.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a successful Registered/Home Manager in adult social care - ideally within specialist services.
• A natural leader who inspires others and creates a culture of trust, accountability, and improvement.
• Commercially aware and confident in managing occupancy and fee performance.
• Skilled in clinical governance and risk management (nurse qualification is helpful but not essential).
• Someone with the emotional intelligence to build relationships with teams, families, and professionals alike.
