Our modern care home has been designed to the highest standards, providing exceptional Residential, Nursing, Respite, and Dementia Care for up to 55 residents. We are committed to creating a vibrant and nurturing community where residents feel safe, valued, and supported.
Contract & Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Deliver Personalised Care – Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement tailored care plans.
- Ensure Accuracy – Maintain clear, accurate documentation to ensure high standards of care and compliance.
- Lead with Confidence – Guide your team at the start of each shift, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality care.
- Administer Medications – Safely manage and administer medications, following strict protocols.
- Monitor Health & Well-being – Conduct observations, manage residents' health needs, and respond swiftly to any concerns.
- Foster Strong Relationships – Build trust with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring open communication and a positive care environment.
- Encourage Independence – Support residents in daily activities, promoting autonomy while providing necessary assistance.
- Uphold Dignity & Respect – Advocate for residents' choices, ensuring their individuality is always prioritised.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Passion for Elderly Care – Previous care home experience is a plus, but a strong commitment to exceptional care is essential.
- Strong Leadership & Communication Skills – Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with residents and families.
- Compassionate & Person-Centred Approach – A genuine desire to enhance residents’ quality of life.
