Day Porter

This is a fabulous opportunity to join the team as Hotel Porter at the Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort Resort near Calne, Wiltshire.

This luxury country hotel, set in the heart of Wiltshire, is situated in the Capability Brown parkland of Bowood House with an 18-hole golf course, a 3-hole academy course and surrounding woodland.

The hotel has 43 bedrooms, a library (with log fires in the winter), bar and the Shelburne Restaurant for fine dining.

Your duties will include:

• Welcoming our guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Assist our guests with their luggage on arrival and departure.
• Direct and assist guests around the Hotel.
• Assist with Reception and Concierge tasks such as checking guests in and out.
• Valet parking. (It would be beneficial if you hold a full UK driving license)
• Transporting guests between the Hotel and Bowood Estate.
• General duties within the hotel public areas and other deparments when required.
