Care Concern Group is growing… and we’re serving up something special.
With 129 care homes (and counting) across the UK, we’ve become one of the country’s fastest-growing providers of elderly care. In the last year alone, we’ve welcomed 37 new homes to our family and opened 17 brand-new services. And while our growth is remarkable, our real secret ingredient is our people and the care we provide every single day.
That’s why we’re looking to welcome an exceptional Head of Hospitality to oversee and elevate the dining, cleanliness, and overall resident experience across our growing portfolio of care homes. This is a unique opportunity to shape how hospitality enriches the lives of thousands of residents - ensuring every mealtime is nourishing, every environment is spotless, and every day is full of comfort, dignity and choice.
About the Role
As Head of Hospitality, you’ll take full ownership of our hospitality strategy, creating consistent, high-quality experiences for residents, families, and staff across the UK. Working closely with clinical and care teams, you’ll ensure that every plate served, every room cleaned, and every interaction reflects the warmth, respect and compassion at the heart of our care ethos.
You’ll bring not only operational expertise but also creative flair — curating menus, refining service delivery, and developing your team to deliver consistently exceptional standards. In short: you’ll make sure our hospitality is always the icing on the cake.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and deliver a national hospitality strategy aligned to Care Concern Group’s vision, values and regulatory obligations.
- Champion a “five-star service” culture across catering, housekeeping, dining, and resident experience.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to raise standards, delight residents, and exceed expectations.

- Work closely with care teams to align food and service with residents’ preferences, care needs, and dietary requirements.
- Create inspiring, nutritious, and dementia-friendly menus for our homes.
People Leadership
- Lead, inspire and develop your hospitality team - from recruiting and training to performance management and succession planning.
- Deliver regular training on food safety, customer service, and dementia-sensitive hospitality best practice.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Conduct regular audits, spot checks, and service reviews to ensure consistent, high standards.
- Maintain robust compliance with all regulatory requirements, identifying and addressing areas for improvement proactively.
Resident & Family Engagement
- Build strong relationships with residents and families, gathering regular feedback to personalise and continually improve the hospitality offering.
- Foster an environment where dignity, choice, and quality of life are always on the menu.
Budget & Procurement
- Manage hospitality budgets carefully, balancing cost control with quality assurance.
- Oversee supplier relationships, stock management and contract negotiations to secure best value.
