Manor Grange Care Home is a purpose built 83 bed care home located in the Pinkhill area of Edinburgh, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite and Palliative care. The home offers a well established and supportive environment where team members can deliver high quality, person centred care as part of a professional and dedicated team.

Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will take clinical responsibility for the home during night shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, effective and person centred care in a calm and reassuring environment.
You will lead the care team overnight, providing guidance and support while maintaining high standards of clinical practice. You will carry out assessments, administer medication, monitor residents’ health and respond promptly to any changes in condition or emergencies.
You will ensure accurate and up to date documentation, support effective communication and liaise with on call professionals where required. Your presence will help create a safe, stable and supportive environment where residents feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the night.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a care home setting is desirable but not essential
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and support a team confidently
- Calm, compassionate and professional approach
