We're now looking for a confident and capable Business Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the home and ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, professionally, and with heart.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Business Administrator, you’ll be at the centre of everything from managing enquiries and keeping our records accurate, to supporting payroll, HR admin, and invoicing. You’ll be a friendly face at reception, a safe pair of hands for financial processes, and a vital part of our leadership team.

No two days are quite the same but your attention to detail, your calm under pressure, and your ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile will make a real difference to our residents, their families, and your colleagues.

About You:

  • You’ll have strong computer and office admin skills
  • You may have experience in a care home or healthcare setting but this isn’t essential
  • A background in finance, bookkeeping or payroll is highly desirable
  • You’re warm, approachable and take pride in doing things properly
  • You’re happy to take initiative and always keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
