About Our Home
Nestled in the stunning coastal town of Elie and Earlsferry, our care home provides Residential, Nursing, Dementia & Respite care for 26 residents. We take pride in delivering personalised, high-quality care in a warm and friendly environment where both residents and staff feel valued.

Contract & Salary Details
✔ Full-time or part-time contracts available
✔ Day or night shifts

What You’ll Do
✔ Empower Independence – Assist residents with daily routines, encouraging independence and positive choices.
✔ Personalised Care – Follow and support individual care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
✔ Health & Wellbeing – Monitor residents' health, report concerns, and assist with healthcare communication.
✔ Champion Dignity – Ensure every resident feels valued and respected in all interactions.
✔ Social Support – Foster a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, promoting resident interactions.
✔ Safety & Comfort – Maintain clean and safe living spaces, responding promptly to emergencies or call bells.
✔ Nutritional Support – Assist residents who require help with eating and drinking to meet their dietary needs.
✔ Spread Smiles – Above all, bring joy, warmth, and positivity into the lives of our residents.

What We’re Looking For
✔ SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care – Preferred but not essential.
✔ Experience – At least 6 months of care experience is ideal, but we welcome those with a passion for care and transferable skills.
✔ Caring Nature – A compassionate and enthusiastic approach to caring for the elderly.
✔ Strong Values – Integrity, respect, teamwork, and a commitment to person-centred care.
