Situated in the charming setting of Pinkhill, our 83-bed care home provides exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care. We are committed to ensuring our residents receive the highest standards of support in a comfortable and nurturing environment.
Contract & Benefits
✔ £23.00 per hour
✔ 42.88 hours per week (3 days one week, 4 days the next)
✔ Day shifts: 07:30 AM - 19:45 PM

What You’ll Do
✔ Lead & Support – Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home and provide strong leadership to the care team.
✔ Resident-Centred Care – Deliver high-quality, personalised care tailored to each resident’s needs.
✔ Team Management – Inspire and motivate the care team, ensuring they feel supported in their roles.
✔ Training & Development – Support staff in their professional growth through ongoing training and development opportunities.
✔ Build Relationships – Foster positive connections with residents, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – with a valid NMC Pin or a Student Nurse in final stages of qualifying
✔ Experience in Elderly Care – Prior experience working in a care home setting.
✔ Leadership & Management Skills – Ability to lead, manage, and develop a team effectively.
✔ Commitment to Excellence – Passion for maintaining the highest standards of care.
