Located in the picturesque and historic area of South Lanarkshire, our luxury 75-bed care home provides residential, dementia, nursing, and respite care in a warm and welcoming environment.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team, providing expert clinical care while creating a supportive and vibrant community for our residents.

What We Offer
£19.00 per hour (Full-time & part-time available)
Shift: 8PM – 8AM  or 8AM-8PM(Full-time & part-time contracts available)

What You’ll Do
Deliver Exceptional Care – Provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents’ health and wellbeing
Create Personalised Care Plans – Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to tailor care to individual needs
Lead & Motivate Your Team – Organise shift handovers, mentor care staff, and ensure seamless care delivery
Medication Management – Administer and monitor medications, maintaining accurate records
Health Monitoring – Carry out routine observations and respond to changing health conditions
Champion Dignity & Respect – Ensure residents receive person-centred care in a supportive environment
Emergency Response – Act swiftly in urgent situations, ensuring safety and effective care

What We’re Looking For
Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN
Passion for Elderly Care – A dedication to enhancing the lives of residents
Strong Leadership & Communication Skills – Ability to mentor and support care teams
Empathy & Commitment – A patient, understanding approach to care
