Dining Host – Make Every Mealtime Matter
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Dining Host to help create a welcoming, well-run dining experience for our residents and visitors.
Contract Details
- Rate of pay: £12.21 per hour
- Contracted hours: Variable
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily café and dining room operations, including garden spaces
- Maintain clean, safe food storage and rotate stock
- Set up tables for meals and keep menu displays up to date
- Serve food and refreshments, supporting residents as needed
- Communicate with the kitchen team and gather feedback from residents
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Support and help train new staff
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Great attention to detail and a team-focused attitude
- Experience in customer service or hospitality (care home experience is a plus)
- Basic food safety knowledge
