Care Concern Group is a market leading, family-owned care group operating over 80 homes across the UK. We are passionate about creating fantastic care homes for our residents to live in and a supportive and fun environment for our team to work in.

Care Concern Group is looking to recruit a talented and clinically qualified Regional Support Manager.


Due to acquisitions and commissioning projects across the South of England, we are creating a brand-new region. Initially, this new division will consist of 8 care homes, but we expect continued growth in future.


As Regional Support Manager, you will report into the Regional Director. Your clinical knowledge and support will be invaluable to both Home & Deputy Managers within our luxury care homes. You’ll be able to make a positive impact to the quality of care across a group of homes with your ability to coach, guide and mentor teams, supporting them to develop great practice.

The Role
Report into Regional Director

  •  An advocate for developing excellent clinical practice in all our care homes, providing clinical advice and guidance and encouraging and facilitating innovation in our service delivery
  •  Supporting our care homes to achieve the highest standards of person-centred planning and personalised support to our residents.
  •  Support Home Managers in under-performing services and develop effective action plans to achieve quality and compliance targets.
  •  Support the Home Manager to retain, recruit and develop team members in key clinical and Head of Dept. Roles.
  •  Advising the Home Managers with compliance of company policies and procedures.
  •  Supporting the Deputy Managers & Clinical Leads to enhance their skillset, knowledge in clinical & person-centred care.
  •  Review audits and offer proactive support, advice and training as necessary.
  •  Support Home Managers in developing and achieving their Service Improvement Plans.
  •  Acting in a hands-on capacity as a Home Manager when needed.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience

  •  A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Home Manager.
  •  Qualified Nurse (RGN / RMN) is essential.
  •  A proven track record of delivering high-quality care demonstrated through CQC inspections.
  •  Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  •  Comprehensive knowledge of regulation and legislation in a care home environment.

This role includes extensive travel including frequent overnight stays.
