Receptionist

Rubislaw Park Care Home is an award-winning, 86-bed care and nursing facility located in Aberdeen’s prestigious West End. We deliver exceptional standards of Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care in a warm, welcoming environment where both residents and staff can thrive.

We are now looking for a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role covers weekends and evenings, providing a welcoming presence at the heart of the home and ensuring that residents, visitors and colleagues receive the highest standard of support and service.

What We Offer

•  £12.21 per hour
•  Weekend and evening hours
•  Paid PVG, Pension scheme,  Uniform provided
•  5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

Your Role
As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the home, greeting everyone with warmth and professionalism. You will manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries, maintain accurate records, and support the smooth running of the front office. You will assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and updating resident information, ensuring all policies, procedures and confidentiality standards are followed.

•  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
•  Professional, friendly and approachable manner
•  Confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
•  Ability to multitask and work independently
•  Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
