  • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury environment is beneficial
  • You will articulate in excellent spoken and written English as well as be computer literate

Your responsibilities

  • Welcome our guests in a warm and welcoming manner and escort them to their table
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously in accordance with our standards and ensure all booking details are accurate
  • Monitor and trace all confirmations by email or phone and keep record of those in an organised manner.
  • Have a good knowledge of all food and drinks offered in the Restaurant
  • Be actively involved in running an efficient and effective  Restaurant Reception/Reservation operation
  • Ensure all reservations are communicated to the Manager or Supervisor on duty in a detailed handover
  • Provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
  • Report any complaints/comments to the Manager/Supervisor on duty at the time.
