What We Offer

Competitive Pay: 

  • Commis Chef: £14 starting rate, rising to £16–£17 once qualified.

Working Hours: Full-time, 40-48 hours per week.

Location: Hiring chefs for Central London (Covent Garden, Centre Point, Selfridges and Canary Wharf)

Wok/Noodle Chef Role – Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assist in cooking Asian cuisine dishes, including noodles, wok dishes, and appetisers
  • Follow detailed recipes and kitchen procedures with high attention to detail
  • Keep your station clean, well-stocked, and compliant with all food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Work alongside and learn from skilled Wok Chefs, Noodle Chefs, and Chef de Parties
  • Help with kitchen prep, portioning, and service during busy periods
  • Take part in in-house training and development to grow your skills and move up

We’re Hiring Chefs Who:

  • Have experience and a genuine interest in Asian cooking, Chinese cuisine, or Taiwanese food
  • Are hardworking, punctual, and eager to learn in a fast-paced kitchen
  •  May have experience in a professional kitchen, or a relevant culinary background (but not essential)
  •  Are reliable team players, committed to high kitchen standards and long-term growth
  •  Are looking for a chef career in London, not just a short-term job
  •  Are available for full-time work including weekends, evenings, and holidays
