Multi Channel Marketer - Full Time Position - Home Based
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketeer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with our online casino partner, creating multi-channel promotional briefs, driving new depositors from our land-based casinos, and building strong relationships with General Managers and Club Directors. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, an ability to get things done and a passion for driving business growth.
Location: Home Based, with frequent national travel, living between Manchester & London
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promotional Campaigns:
- Develop and execute promotional briefs aimed at driving new depositors to our online casino.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and effective promotional materials.
2. Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with General Managers and Club Directors to promote the online business.
- Work closely with these stakeholders and our online partner to drive new depositors and enhance the performance of existing players.
3. Onboarding Process:
- Collaborate with General Managers, Club Directors, and the online welcome team to create an efficient and seamless onboarding process for new customers.
- Ensure new customers have a positive experience from their first interaction with our online platform.
4. Brand Advocacy:
- Act as the voice of the casino website across the business, driving awareness and attracting new depositors.
- Represent the online casino in various internal and external forums to promote its benefits and features.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and other marketing activities.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall marketing performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the casino or online gaming industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to get things done.
