Gaming Manager - Genting Casino Luton
JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you ready to step up and lead the gaming floor? We’re looking for an experienced Gaming Manager to join our team and drive exceptional customer experiences while achieving gaming performance targets.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll motivate and empower your team, ensure compliance, and keep the energy high on the gaming floor. If you’ve previously held a Pit Boss position or above and have experience in both live and electronic gaming, this could be your next big move.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Lead by example with a strong presence on the gaming floor.
- Drive performance and profitability across live and electronic gaming.
- Manage team rotas, table availability, and resources to maximise turnover.
- Ensure compliance with the Gambling Act 2005, Gambling Commission guidelines, and company policies.
- Handle customer disputes with empathy and professionalism.
- Support marketing initiatives and keep your team informed and engaged.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Maintain high standards of game protection, security, and health & safety.
- Act as Duty Manager when required, overseeing the entire casino operation.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work across a 24/7 operation, including nights and weekends.
