We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Artworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Adobe suite of products and a proven ability to produce animations efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Birmingham Office/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
• Create visually appealing artwork and animations for various marketing and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and execute them effectively.
• Ensure all print and digital artwork meets brand guidelines, regulatory and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our visual content.

Requirements:
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative artwork and animations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the leisure or entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of additional animation and design software.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Photography skills would be advantageous.
