We are searching for a talented individual to join our highly regarded team as a Reservations Agent at No.131 The Promenade in the centre of Cheltenham.

Our ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service and warmth to our guests. With the ability to multi-task, you will be dedicated, organised and efficient with a positive outlook and a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure. Attention to detail will be crucial to maintain consistency of service and to ensure guests always leave delighted by their visit.  There may be ad hoc occasions that you need to step in to help on the reception desk in a guest facing role.

You must pride yourself on providing exceptional levels of service; ensuring that the quality of our guest experience is a consistently high standard in all communication forms. This is a responsible role for a proactive and reliable individual who is able to work independently; taking reservations, managing bookings (including restaurant reservations and pre-order collation), being attentive to guest needs and taking opportunities to get to know the guests in order to offer additional services based on their reasons for staying/ dining with us.

The wiliness to work alone and trustworthiness are essential attributes for this role and previous experience working in a relevant role in the industry is desirable.
